Top 5 iOS Golf Games Shine in Q1 2021: A Sensor Tower Report

As the first quarter of 2021 has wrapped up, Sensor Tower provides an insight into the performance of the top golf games on the iOS platform in the United States. Golf enthusiasts have been actively engaging with various titles, and here's a look at how five of the most popular games fared in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.

Golf Clash, published by Electronic Arts, saw a fluctuating revenue trend peaking at over $1.3M in mid-March. Downloads hit a high of over 14K in the last week of March, while weekly active users showed a downward trend from around 166K at the beginning of January to approximately 131K by the end of March.

Golf Rival - Multiplayer Game, from Zynga Inc., experienced a peak revenue of over $340K in mid-March. Downloads consistently grew, reaching over 17K in early March. Weekly active users showed an upward trend starting at nearly 175K and reaching over 219K in early March before slightly declining to around 208K by the quarter's end.

WGT Golf, by publisher WGT, displayed a steady revenue with a peak at over $116K in mid-February. The game's downloads were stable with a slight increase to over 12K towards the end of March. Weekly active users remained fairly consistent, starting at around 68K and ending the quarter with over 66K.

Ultimate Golf! by Miniclip.com saw revenue grow to over $130K by the end of March. The game's downloads surged to over 25K in early February, followed by a slight dip and another rise to around 19K by March's end. Active users saw a significant rise, from approximately 117K to over 156K in early March, before stabilizing at around 153K.

Lastly, Fairway Solitaire - Card Game from Big Fish Games, Inc showed a revenue peak at over $77K in mid-March. Downloads remained on the lower side, with a small peak at over 1.3K in early January. Weekly active users experienced a slight decrease from around 10.5K to just under 8.5K by the quarter's end.
